Luisa López has 20 years experience developing corporate and brand concepts, promotional materials and publication design for a wide diversity of clients, ranging from Governmental and Financial Institutions to Consumer Industries.
She spearheaded design efforts for institutional campaigns aimed at changing the perception of specific countries (European Foods, Fashion from Spain, Investing in Spain, etc.). Her conceptual work helped transform business and establish global corporate design strategies for Abertis, Dragados, Grupo Planeta, Banco Santander. She lead efforts to launch pharmaceutical brands such as Effexor, Plavix, Flomax and Cialis.
A Fulbright Scholar from Spain, Luisa completed her Masters of Science in Communication Design at Pratt Institute in New York, and entered the advertising world as Art Director for Coca Cola at McCann Erickson.
She recently designed and launched the first French Language Edition of FORBES Magazine. Forbes Afrique is distributed throughout 23 Francophone countries in Africa and Europe.
Lisa Maxwell, a graduate of Parsons School of Design, is an advertising art director, graphic designer, web designer and educator. She has worked at major New York agencies, including Young & Rubicam, Backer & Spielvogel, & McCann Erikson where she created print & television campaigns for major national advertisers. A short list includes General Foods, Coca Cola, Campbells Soup, L’Oreal, Oil of Olay, Miller brewing Co., Helene Curtis, Lean Cuisine & Philips Electronics.
She has been a creative director/ consultant for many mainstream as well as pharmaceutical agencies, creating both branded and unbranded campaigns for Cialis, Serevent & Flovent, Chantix, Paragard and Seasonique.
Lisa is a Macintosh computer expert, and has been using the Adobe Suite of products for design and page layout and web site design since their inception. She has been teaching the applications at colleges, universities, training companies and as a private tutor since 2002.
Gerard Florence is a seasoned advertising executive directing numerous product launches and campaigns as Senior VP Creative Director for Saatchi & Saatchi, Ogilvy, and Publicis. He has directed promotional creative for both consumer and pharmaceutical ad agencies.
A former Executive VP of Corporate Development for a West Coast public biotech company, Gerard managed a marketing staff and directed an IPO as well as orchestrated a secondary corporate financing in London and Paris. Strategic alliances included partnerships with several European corporations. His advertising account experience includes award winning creative work for Procter & Gamble, Intel, Wacom, Nike, Paramount, Universal, IndyCar, Armani, DKNY, Serengeti, Pfizer, Merck, and J&J.
Gerard received an MA in Creative Writing from San Francisco State University. He has won numerous awards for his communications and writing including the PRSA Silver Anvil award, and first place in the Northwest Screenwriting Competition.
